This product is ready to use – no mixing required. CDS itself is a gas so it is ‘taken up’ or ‘gassed out’ fairly quickly both in and out of the body. Please remember: CDS must be kept in the fridge, with lid tightly closed so that it retains its potency. It should be taken immediately after dispensed, in clean water. Another way to take CDS is to keep a dose in a tightly capped glass container and drink throughout the day.
You may keep topping up throughout the day if you so wish.
Please note: Don’t use metal spoons or cups either for mixing or storing.
Please be sure to keep this product refrigerated in order to prevent unnecessary loss of potency. Once opened, please replace the cap quickly and tightly so that it does not ‘gas out’. Drink immediately so that no beneficial properties are lost

Dosage:
Add 10ml to 1 litre of water, providing 10 intakes per day. Avoid taking CDS with a product that contains Vitamin C within 2 hours.
