Lifestyle Eating Plan
The aim is to get at least 10 cups of raw vegetables into your body per day. There is no limit on the number of vegetables that you can take in per day. The more fruit and vegetables you have the more nutrients your body will be able to use to heal itself and fight off health issues. When your body is short of nutritious substances then it will be weakened and unable to perform the necessary functions such as healing.
Organic is best wherever possible.
Organic is best. Imagine if someone sprayed your food with Doom or Baygon and asked you to eat it. No one in their right mind would eat it. The crazy thing is that we eat commercially grown ‘food’ from supermarkets that have been treated with pesticides and other toxic chemicals and then eat them. When commercial fertilizers are used, they decrease the number of worms and affect the microbiome of the soil. When the microbiome has been damaged the mulch is no longer made, this mulch is necessary for the plants to absorb nutrients. Unfortunately, this means that commercially grown plants are lacking in nutrients and have toxic residues on and in them. A study done during the 1940’s showed that 100g of spinach contained 152mg of iron. Today even though spinach looks good and healthy 100g only contains 2 mg of iron. The toxic load in and on non-organic food is making us sick. It is best to wash all our vegetables and fruit in a weak solution of hydrogen peroxide. That said, if you cannot obtain or afford organic produce it is better to eat non organic food than nothing at all.
Fruit and Vegetables
The idea is to focus more on vegetables than fruit. Both fruit and vegetables contain phytonutrients, in general fruit contains more sugar. It is best to restrict your fruit to 30% of your total fruit and vegetables.
Diabetics
If you are diabetic your diet should consist of no more than 20% fruit and 80% vegetables.
Intermittent Fasting
Your health can be enhanced by eating for shorter periods during the day. Some recommend that you should fast for up to 16 hours per day. Unfortunately, studies show that fasting for such long periods causes gall stones.
We recommend that you fast for 12 hours per day and eat your meals during the other 12 hours.
Fasting
A 3 to 5 day fast once per month may reset your immune system clearing allergies and other autoimmune issues. The good thing is that Prof. Valter Longo has shown that you can cut back your calorie intake to below 1200 and above 700 for the 5-day period. He calls this a Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD. Studies show that you have the same benefits doing the FMD as a water fast. A five day fast must always be undertaken under the supervision of a knowledgeable person.
Meal Plan Option
BREAKFAST |
Start with a liver cleansing nutritious smoothie. It should contain different kinds of vegetables. Add a whole lemon to the mix. (See the smoothie options) |
LUNCH |
For lunch make a big green leafy salad. It should contain grated carrots, avocado, Vegetables, Beets, sprouts, raw apples. Add apple cyder vinegar (ACV) and olive oil over the top of the salad. ACV provides potassium and alkalizes the body. |
SUPPER |
Blended Smoothie Put in a quarter cup of water. Add a complete lemon with the skin and pips. Lemon is antibacterial and has many healing properties, 2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Lemon and olive oil help to scrub plaque out of the intestinal tract, 2 stalks of chopped up celery, ½ a cucumber chopped up a handful of Roma tomato chopped up, Alfalfa sprouts, sunflower sprouts, broccoli sprouts, 2 avocados, all kinds of nutritious things. Blend it up and pour it in a bowel like a soup. Sprinkle raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds, you can warm it a little, do not boil it so that you don’t kill the living enzymes. |
Juice or Smoothies?
Using a juicer results in highly concentrated phytonutrients in your juice however most of the fibre has been removed. A smoothy has the highly concentrated juice with the fibre intact. Friendly bacteria in your microbiome feeds on fibre which contains the plant sugars. The result is that drinking juices without fibre spikes your blood sugar whereas your friendly bacteria consume the sugar that is in the fibre when you consume a smoothie.
Some Smoothie Options
All the smoothies should contain 4 cups of one of the following vegetables: Kale (the stems should be removed), spinach, collard leaves, red chard, or beet greens, unless otherwise stated. In other words, the base of your smoothie will be one of the above vegetables.
Once you have added the ingredients to your smoothie add filtered water until ¾ to the top (Reverse Osmosis or distilled water is best). Add 5 or 6 ice cubes to the mix. Blend your smoothie for 1 to 2 minutes until the drink is completely liquified.
The smoothie drinks should be consumed during the day. It is best to blend a fresh smoothie mix every day.

4 cups of the base
1 pear
1 apple
1 cup of small or ½ a large avocado pear
4 teaspoons of Barley Energiser powder
3 tablespoons of flax seed oil

4 cups of the base
5 tangerines or 2 oranges
1 banana
2 carrots
4 teaspoons of Barley Energiser powder
3 tablespoons of flax seed oil
Smoothie 3
4 cups of the base
1 carrot
½ beet
1 celery stick
2 pears
4 teaspoons of Barley Energiser powder
3 tablespoons of flax seed oil
The following foods are acceptable:
VEGETABLES |
Asparagus, peas, beans, cooked tomatoes contain lycopene (anti-fungal) the skin and pips must be removed before cooking. onions, ginger, garlic. |
ROOT VEGETABLES, grow underground and therefore they absorb concentrated nutrients. They are very healthy. |
Sweet potatoes, ginger, beetroot, parsnips, carrots, Jerusalem Artichokes, garlic, radish, celery root, onion, parsnip, shallot, kohlrabi, burdock root, spring onion galangal, Fennel, turmeric, and turnips. |
GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES |
Green leafy vegetables have anti-cancer properties, and include: |
Celery, kale, Swiss chard, collard greens, spinach, cabbage, beet greens, watercress, Romaine lettuce, rocket, Bok Choy, and turnip greens. |
FRESH HERBS |
Basil, coriander, oregano, rosemary and parsley. |
BRASSICA (cruciferous) vegetables. (From the mustard family) Must be lightly steamed, raw they inhibit thyroid function. |
Cabbage, kale, turnup, brussels sprouts, broccoli, collards, Bok choy and cauliflower. |
GRAINS |
Brown rice is an antifungal, must be cooked fresh and eaten immediately (same day), millet, buckwheat and quinoa. |
FRUIT |
Avocado, lemon, lime and tomato. |
OILS |
Olive oil, coconut oil, flax oil (linseed), and coconut cream. |
NUTS |
All raw nuts including coconut. Remember no peanuts or peanut butter. |
SEEDS |
Pumpkin, sesame and sunflower. |
SPICES |
Cayenne pepper, Turmeric (antioxidant and antifungal) |
SALT |
Himalayan or Kalahari salt. 1 tablespoon full of sole water. |
All forms of sugar, alcohol, caffeine drinks and foods as well as tobacco products should be eliminated. Meat and dairy must not be consumed.
Vitamin D
Ten minutes a day in the sun with exposed arms and face will give you the Vitamin D that your body requires. The secret is not to burn. If you are unable to spend time in the sun you will need to supplement with Vitamin D tablets.
Alcohol
Alcohol is extremely acidic and inhibits the healing process. Fungus loves alcohol. This substance must be avoided.
Caffeine
This highly toxic, acidic, and addictive drug must be avoided. MannaBrew may be used in its place.
Sugar
This toxic drug is addictive and causes acidity in the body. Inflammation is associated with all chronic disease such as arthritis and cancer, guess what, sugar causes massive inflammation. Sugar feeds cancer cells (fungus). All forms of sugar, especially processed sugar must be avoided.
You are not Sick, Just Dehydrated!!
We treat dehydration with strong medicine. There are many symptoms of dehydration such as back pain and headaches. Instead of drinking more water many people take pain killers instead of drinking more water.

Tobacco
With 4000 chemicals, 200 hundred of them carcinogenic, tobacco products must be avoided at all costs. Second hand smoke is just as dangerous as smoking yourself. If a smoker lights up in a room full of people, within 20 minutes everyone in the room has the same nicotine levels in the blood. The cigarette smoke removes oxygen from the body and causes acidity. This sets up the ideal cancer environment in the body.
Drugs
Both legal and illegal drugs make the body acidic. An acidic body leaves you open to many health issues such as cancer.
Chemicals
