Saw Palmetto is a small palm tree which grows in the United States.  It is widely known and used for its ability to relieve the symptoms of an enlarged prostrate gland.  It eases frequent night time urination and relieves prostrate inflammation.  It appears to alter the levels of various hormones which cause prostrate cells to multiply.
