Fenugreek- Ingredient

Fenugreek has a long history of therapeutic use for healing and reducing inflammation.  It is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and soothing.   Fenugreek helps asthma and sinus problems by reducing mucous.  A poultice made of this herb can be used to treat boils and rashes.  It can be used as digestive aid and laxative.  Gargling with a decoction of Fenugreek will soothe sore throats. A Fenugreek decoction can be used to treat arthritis and aching joints and to lower cholesterol,
